Parenting in the Workplace Institute

TentCraft produces custom promotional tents for outdoor events.  They began a 60-day pilot babies-at-work program in January 2017 in which five parents could bring their babies to work two days a week. PIWI assisted TentCraft with the implementation of two surveys to assess responses to the pilot program, and the results were overwhelmingly in support of continuing the program. In mid-April 2017, TentCraft made its policy permanent and expanded it to five days a week.  They expect the next wave of babies to start coming to work in the Summer of 2017.
