Holli founded HadleyStilwell – “well-tailored clothes for nursing, pumping and afterwards” – in 2009 with the goal of helping new mothers to breastfeed longer by minimizing the challenges of pumping at work and breastfeeding at home.  Holli also chairs the board of the microfinance non-profit organization Washington CASH and is a director on the board of Chindex.

Debbie is a Human Resources professional and a pioneer in the creation of babies-at-work programs in the credit union industry, including the first confirmed credit union to implement a program more than 13 years ago.  Her program has been modeled by a number of other companies in the the U.S. and has received significant media recognition.  Debbie has been a national conference speaker on the subject of family-friendly workplaces, and she is committed to helping many more companies to become baby-inclusive.
Carla Moquin has been researching babies in the workplace since 2005 and is the founder and president of the Parenting in the Workplace Institute, a non-profit that maintains this website and provides information and resources for the implementation of formal business programs in which parents can bring their children to work and care for them while doing their jobs.  Carla is the author of Babies at Work: Bringing New Life to the Workplace and How to Start a Babies-at-Work Program.
