and she said that the children who came to work as babies, who are now five, six, or
seven years old, "
are very social young children as a rule."  Debbie said, "When they visit, they don't always remember everyone, but they will say 'hi.' These kids tend to be smiling and friendly."

Kandace Bozarth commented that she thinks that bringing her daughter, Emily, to work at Schools Financial

definitely made her so much more social
and not scared of other people. She's now
getting to the age where she's a little
intimidated, but if people smile, she lights
up and gets all excited. She tries to play with
   people.

   Kandace also explained that Emily

loves other babies so much. She and
[another baby] were [at work] at the sam
e
time, and she was constantly with him. She
loves being with other people and gets
along with everyone at day care. She's been
there for a month and has had no problems
   adjusting at all.

Alicia Lionberger at Foris Winery explained that her baby
"loves coming here; he gets so much attention. There are always new faces, and he enjoys that." She said that he "knows this environment probably as well as his home environment; he's comfortable with it. It's not a huge issue for him to be here." Willie Jones, from Magical Journey, talked about how one of his employees who brought in a baby ended up working part-time when her baby was a little older, and how she told him that, "when she was home alone, she wasn't enough for the baby. He had gotten so used to having attention from everyone else!" Given how much stimulation babies crave, this makes perfect sense.
