   In recent years, as the cost of renting office space has gone up and as technology has improved, more companies are allowing employees to telecommute from home.  Once a company has seen that a particular employee can be productive while simultaneously caring for a child, the company may be more likely to trust the employee to work remotely while she is home with her children.  Dana Croy and Magical Journey Bookstore found this to be an ideal solution when Dana decided to stay home full-time after bringing her baby to work for several months.  Willie Jones, the owner, didn't want to completely lose the benefit of Dana's knowledge about the business, and Dana didn't want to completely lose her income, so Dana began working remotely as a part-time events coordinator for Magical Journey.
